Description: | From Riley Wranglers Spring Craft Fair Website: May 2, 2015
The Riley Wranglers annual craft fair is held each year on the first Saturday in May.
This is a great event that the club sponsors every year and it offers 2 free dances to help get the word out about the club and encourage growth and new friendships. It is held at the Hancock County 4-H Fairgrounds (620 N. Apple St.) in Greenfield, IN from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is free parking and free admission. The buildings are all handicap accessible.
Door prizes are given away approximately every half-hour. There are usually over 120 vendors (in three buildings and outside) selling art, craft items, food vendors and home improvement items. It is the perfect place to purchase gifts for Mothers Day (May), Fathers Day (June), Memorial Day, July 4th, other special summer events, and of course early Christmas gifts.
Some of the items for sale in previous years have included hand-made soaps and candles, painted gourds, puppets, glass block night lights, toys, woodcraft items, flowers and floral arrangements, juice pouch and denim purses, leather goods, hand-made jewelry, cast pewter figurines, oil paintings, quilted items, hand-made furniture, woven baskets, Tupperware, Pampered chef, Fuller brush, Gourmet-to-go, Creative Memories, Scrap booking items, Italian Charms, displays by several home improvement companies, and more.
Food is available: You can get sandwiches, ice cream treats, chocolates, gourmet desserts, Kettle Korn, Elephant Ears and more to please your taste buds.
