| Description: | From 4th Annual Winterval Festival Website: The 4th Annual Winterval festival promises a full day of of indoor and outdoor winter fun for all ages. The Community Center's FREE Winter Carnival from 1-4pml features horse and carriage rides, games, crafts, and yummy treats to warm you inside and out. The Botanical Conservatory has Winterval activities from 10am-3pm including crafting a winter bird feeder, interactive displays, and refreshments. The Allen County Public Library, Science Central, History Center, The Old Fort, Fort Wayne Rugby Football Club, History Center, Parkview Physicians Group ArtsLab, Pint & Slice, Fort Wayne Youtheatre, and Headwaters Ice Arena will also offer fun for the whole family with many providing discounts and refreshments.
