| Description: | From 29th annual Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival Website: The Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival is currently seeking Arts and Crafts Vendors. The 29th Annual Rising Sun Navy Bean Fall Festival will take place Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8, 2016 in downtown Rising Sun and the Riverfront Park. Homemade navy bean soup and cornbread is served on the riverbank. The festival hosts festival rides, parade, and a variety of free entertainment for all ages. This year's headliner entertainment will feature Jason Owen Band and Danny Frazier Band on Friday evening and The Menus and The Rusty Griswold Saturaday evening. Electricity is available on first-come, first-served basis depending on electrical needs. Festival admission and parking is free.
