Second art fair on the beautiful Soldiers and Sailors Circle Monument in downtown Indianapolis. Saturday, October 8th, 105. Fine Indiana artist booths, food trucks, and live music through out the day. We are a 501c3 not for profit, and this is a free to the public event.
